Need Vegan or Vegetarian Takoyaki Recipe?

Hi, I’m just getting into making Japanese food and came across a takoyaki pan. I don’t eat octopus so Id like to find a vegetarian recipe (I’m vegan but its easy to make vegetarian recipes vegan if it has milk or egg in it). Everything I find online links to a non-existing website. Does anyone have the actual recipe not the link? Thank you.
