Anyone have a vegetarian recipe for french onion soup?

The classic French Onion Soup is cooked in beef broth,however, I am looking for a vegetarian option if possible. If anyone has any ideas or recipes that would be great!

Anyone know of a vegetarian recipe book with some good dishes in them?

I’m looking for a good vegetarian recipe book with yummy dishes in them…i’m NOT a vegetarian, but I like eating all veggies/salads as meals often. I just want to mix it up! Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a good vegetarian soup recipe?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and having a really hard time keeping food down. I need a recipe for some really mild soup. I’d prefer a vegetarian recipe, or one where vegetable broth could easily be substituted. Also, maybe something with rice or pasta in it would be nice, so I could have something with substance.

anyone know of a good vegetarian recipe book with healthy dishes?

does anyone know of a good vegetarian recipe book which has healthy dishes? Like the dishes which are high in whole grains, fiber and low in fat/cholesterol?

i don’t like online recipes because computer is not in kitchen and making printouts wastes cartridge ink.

I would like diverse vegetarian dishes from all around the world instead of dishes from one region only. I like trying new dishes.
