Ayurveda was based in India and that is considering the use of Indian milk and salt located in India. So, it is possible this rule not apply in other lands.

According to Ayurveda, you should never mix salt with milk… But in this recipe you have mixed salt and milk… This according to Ayurveda is very bad for health. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks..

Have you ever tried that honest openion crap with yourself, you are rude, abnoxious, and contribute nothing to this form except showing how much of a jack ass you are…maybe look into what is causing so much un happiness within yourself, that you have to come here and reflect on someone’s hard work, it is a travesty that you are a human, there are animals that ar e much consciensous than you are…hope you find peace in your life.
