First, this thing is HUGE. It is difficult to lug around with the suction cups on the bottom. Aside from that, I have used it at most six times so far and today it just won’t come on! It worked last time I put it away but not anymore. Huge waste of money!

For the size, power and quality of this product, I don’t think you can buy a better low-cost food processor. We needed a larger capacity (10 cups) machine and couldn’t believe the price compared to others. So we took the chance and we were glad we did. Thanks HB for a great product.

When we got the processor, there were some very small plastic parts that fell out of the housing, so we sent it back for a new one. The second one had the same problem, so we sent it back for a return. We never even got to try it.
The package was intact, so it was some sort of a manufacturing defect.
Amazon took it back without any problem, both times.

I really like this food processer. All the blades work well and perform exactly as they should.
Shredding carrots was never so easy! Nor was slicing onions (without the tears). And making mashed potatoes with the main processing blade results in the perfect consistency everytime!
