I really have to say the way how the cucumber is cut is just wrong!
First of all if you teach people how to do it right then also show them which knifes should be used…and as this video is watch by people who are not experts try to make it easier.
1. Use a peeler, to peel the cucumber and if you want to leave some skin o to make it look more interesting you shouldn’t do it in such a messy way!
2. Use a smaller knife then the shown one! That one is just riddiculous!
3. Throw your waste in the bin intermediatly and clear your board that you have enough space to work!
4. If you grate a carrot very fine you wont add extra crunch!
5. Safety! Don’t peel the cucumber standing up! you will just slide of and cut yourself! And if you use a grater then stand it up inside the bowl or lay it on top of it!
Not just that, but these videos fr expert village are such a pain! Why can’t they make 10 minute videos each, instead of 1000 2 min videos of the same subject? This is ridiculous. When I see that it’s an expert village video, I ran. They have no experts on video making?
I’m sorry but i’ll advise expert village to find someone who really know; how to cut vegetables; especially such easy ones a cucumber. If they r really fine slices or is it a comedy program.
I haven’t seen the full movie but the way, u r, peeling the cucumber is ridiculous.
